Privacy policy

Dagestanfix collects questionnaire answers, buyer email, optional recipient email, language, order identifiers, consumer billing details required by the payment or invoice provider, and payment status identifiers.

Paddle handles card payment details. Dagestanfix does not store card numbers.

The data is used to create the personalized digital PDF, process Paddle payment, handle support, and keep accounting records.

Service providers may include Paddle for payment and buyer receipts/invoices, Supabase for storage, Vercel for hosting, and AI or document tooling for dossier generation.

Accounting and invoice records are retained for the period required by Hungarian law. Product drafts and support records are retained only as needed for fulfillment, security, and dispute handling.
